Sr. Product Manager, Alexa Japan

Alexa Japan Product owns the Alexa+ experience for customers in Japan. We work closely with product, engineering, applied science, business development, and marketing teams across Amazon to make sure Alexa+ Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition - Experience with end to end product delivery - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders - 5+ years of technical product management, program management or engineering experience - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Experience investigating product defects and quality issues and driving them to resolution with engineers Preferred: - Experience in gathering test requirements to create detailed test plans and defining quality metrics to measure product quality - Master's degree or above in an advanced technical degree field - Experience selling AI/ML solutions - Experience managing and delivering product quality or testing - Experience with competitive benchmarking and turning the findings into product requirements Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
