Sr Partner Marketing Enablement Manager, Amazon Fuse

ABOUT THE ROLE:We are seeking a talented, motivated Sr Partner Marketing Enablement Manager to own and scale the programs, processes, and enablement that power 3P partner marketing at Amazon Fuse. This Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience - 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience - Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements - Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) - Experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages Preferred: - Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint - Experience driving adoption of AI-powered and automation tools among non-technical stakeholders - Experience in marketing operations or enablement at scale: process/mechanism design and SOP simplification - Experience with automation and marketing-technology platforms (e.g., Airtable, Ziflow, Workato, Tenovos, Digital Asset Management Systems or similar) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
