Amazon Leo seeks to increase global broadband access through a constellation of over 3,000 Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Security, Computer Science, Data Science/Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or a related discipline - Experience in written and verbal communication skills to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership - Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams - 10+ years of security, compliance and risk management experience - Experience building and scaling compliance/assurance functions, integrating teams, and driving operational excellence across multiple regulatory frameworks simultaneously Preferred: - Experience with GRC platforms, audit management tools, and automation of evidence collection at scale - Experience leading assurance/audit teams that span both information security and privacy — demonstrating cross-domain operational leadership Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
