Sr Mechanical Designer, Amazon Robotics

Amazon Robotics is seeking exceptional talent to help develop the next generation of advanced robotics systems that will transform automation at Amazon's scale. We're building revolutionary robotic systems Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of SolidWorks or similar CAD experience and understanding of best practices for part design, and advanced assemblies - Experience identifying, maintaining, troubleshooting, and modifying Motor Controls including motor starters, Variable Frequency Drives, DC drives, and standard electrical components - Do you have experience with precision torque, measurement and inspection devices (i.e., automated and manual torque wrenches, calipers, micrometers, profilometers, optical inspection devices, multi-meters, torque wrenches)? Preferred: - Experience developing products for large volume production - Experience developing and testing mechanical robotics equipment - Experience delivering products to volume production Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
