Sr Mechanical Design Engineer - CFD, Mechanical DE

Are you passionate about pushing the boundaries of data center cooling through advanced CFD analysis and innovative mechanical system design? Do you want to own the technical direction of CFD modeling Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field - Knowledge of critical data center mechanical and electrical equipment - Experience developing solutions and executing plans on complex projects - 10+ years of experience in mechanical/HVAC design with significant CFD modeling experience with both internal (room-level) and external (campus-level) CFD modeling Preferred: - Professional Engineering or Architectural License - Knowledge of building codes and regulations for your region - Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production - Experience reading, interpreting, and creating construction drawings, specifications, and submittal documents - Proficiency with CFD software (6sigma by Future Facilities, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, Cradle SC Stream, HELYX) Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
