Amazon's European First Mile network is one of the largest and most complex fulfillment operations in the world — spanning multiple countries, hundreds of nodes across fulfillment centers, inbound cross-docks, Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience in managing and developing teams - Experience working cross functionally across several teams - 5+ years of experience in supply chain execution, operations planning, or network management in a high-volume environment - Strong analytical capability with experience leveraging data tools and technology to drive operational decisions at scale - Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguity, manage competing priorities, and influence without authority across multiple functions and senior leadership levels Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - Experience in supply chain execution or S&OP in a multi-node, multi-country fulfillment or distribution network - Track record of driving process improvement, automation, and operational transformation - Experience with or strong interest in AI/ML applications, agentic AI, or automation in supply chain and operations contexts
