The HRBP role exists to power the trajectory of the business by ensuring Amazon has the right talent mix, senior leadership, and capabilities, to innovate and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of HR generalist, management, or business partner role experience - Experience leading cross-functional projects and managing large, complicated programs - Knowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc. - Bachelor's degree - Intermediate+ skills in AI Preferred: - Master's degree or above - Experience using strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills, or experience in guiding, training and mentoring others - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills - Experience demonstrating strong analytical abilities and confidence in the use of data - Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
