The Senior Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - Experience in an HR leadership role with broad knowledge of human resource management, including experience in a technology environment - Experience analyzing data to make business decisions - Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management - Experience partnering with business leaders in highly complex and dynamic business settings Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA - Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments - Knowledge of employment/labor laws and trends - Experience in employee relations, risk management, workforce management and compensation management - Experience developing and managing a high-performing team - Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
