Practise the Sr. HR Business Partner, Amazon Operations teams, STRIDE & PXTX at Amazon interview free →Join the PXT (HR) team supporting Amazon's Japan Customer Fulfillment (JCFS) organization as a Senior HR Business Partner (Sr. HRBP), primarily supporting RME-M (Reliability and Maintenance Engineering Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of human resource generalist experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - Knowledge of local labor law - Experience as a human resource generalist - Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development - Experience supporting hourly employee client group - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese at a business level or above (N1+) - Speak, write, and read fluently in English at C1 level or above Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Experience assessing management and executive talent - Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans - Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
