Sr. EU Site Process Engineer, EUCF PE

Amazon is seeking a Senior Site Process Engineer to join the EU Process Engineering team in an onsite, non-shift rotation role with direct exposure to EU-level strategic initiatives. This position operates Basic qualifications: - Experience working in a supply chain, transportation, project management or management consulting role - Experience in project management or management consulting including handling multiple ongoing projects - Experience performing data analysis using MS Excel and other Microsoft Office tools - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadership - Experience in people management (in a leadership role managing Operations Managers or other team members, including floor control and retention) - Experience participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects Preferred: - Bachelor's degree, or Master's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance or related technical or quantitative field - Experience in process improvement - Knowledge of analytic tools - Knowledge of SQL - Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Quick Sight, Tableau, Power BI or other BI packages - Lean-Six Sigma Black Belt certification Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
