Customers innovate with AWS Professional Services, upskill with Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of leading multiple Agile teams (like Scrum Masters, Product Owners) concurrently or at scale experience - 7+ years of leading and delivering enterprise-level IT engagements experience - Knowledge of the value proposition of the public cloud and cloud engagement delivery (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) - Experience with Agile and project management toolsets like Jira, Rally, VersionOne or Taiga - Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 7+ years of project/program management experience Preferred: - Experience working with and presenting to C-level executives, IT, and lines of businesses across organizations or equivalent - PMP, Prince2, PgMP, SAFe or SCRUM/Agile certification - 9+ years of working with Data & AI related technologies, including, but not limited to, AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, Database, and/or Storage experience - AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification - Partner delivery experience — enabling and managing delivery through third-party partners Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
