You will be developing critical path Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of project management, real estate development, architecture/design experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in commercial retail development, specifically grocery - Pre-construction experience (entitlements, due diligence, design, permitting) Preferred: - Experience with budgeting, scheduling and cost reports - Experience operating within at least two disciplines within the construction industry, such as Contracting, Owners Representation, Architecture, Design and Engineering, Commercial Development, analysis and control of construction costs or similar - Experience in Ground Up Construction, Mixed Use Facilities, and Development. - An advanced degree, certification or Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or Masters of Business. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
