Sr. Creative Strategist, AWS Support Studio

AWS Support Studio is the creative engine for AWS Support — producing video, digital, and social content that enables customers and shapes how the world experiences AWS Support. We are at an inflection Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Bachelor's degree - 4+ years of social/content distribution strategy experience - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience communicating results to senior leadership, or experience in solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate and timely financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (e.g., financial savings, operational improvements, or customer benefits) - Experience designing, planning, and delivering content projects Preferred: - Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Experience with cloud computing or web services or related areas - Experience in production and post production - Experience leading creative transformation initiatives (e.g., scaling AI in creative workflows, restructuring teams around new capabilities, designing agentic workflows) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
