Prime Video is changing the way Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper experience - An available online portfolio, with coding or prototyping samples that demonstrate conversational AI work. - Hands-on experience prototyping with and designing for LLM-powered products. - Experience shaping AI systems, including writing system instructions and prompts and building or running evaluations. - Experience building functional prototypes, for example with front-end technologies, AI prototyping tools, or AWS tools such as Bedrock. Preferred: - Background in UX Design, UX research, linguistics, computational linguistics, or IVR/voice design. - Experience defining conversational quality metrics and running LLM evaluations, including LLM-as-a-judge. - Experience prototyping multimodal experiences across voice, text, visual, and ambient surfaces. - Familiarity with prompt engineering, model shaping, reinforcement learning, and AI-driven personalization. - Understanding of WCAG AA standards and accessibility fluency. - Expertise in working creatively around constraints and navigating ambiguous projects. - Experience in entertainment, gaming, or streaming media. - Bachelor's or Master's degree in design, HCI, computer science, linguistics, or equivalent. The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
