Sr Content Delivery Manager , Amazon MGM Studios

We are looking for a Senior Content Delivery Manager based in Tokyo to lead content delivery and launch operations for Amazon MGM Studios growing Japan Originals slate. This role will serve as the strategic Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in Japanese - Speak, write, and read fluently in English - 6+ years of experience in content operations, digital supply chain, or post-production management within media/entertainment – including quality control and creation of domestic and international deliverables - Experience managing multi-title content pipelines with concurrent delivery timelines - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading operational initiatives across multiple countries, time zones and languages - Experience leading processes or workflow improvements or implementing operations processes or project management frameworks Preferred: - Experience in team management and building (including coaching and mentoring) - Knowledge of sound, dialogue, and music editing and mixing workflows - Experience with Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos, UHD, HDR, and film workflows - Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership - Experience in a studio, production company or television network - Established relationships with vendors for DI, sound, mastering, and QC - Familiarity with the Japanese post-production and media services landscape Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
