Sr. Category Performance Manager, US3P Consumables Business

The US 3P Selling Partner team is seeking a Category Performance Manager to shape the future of our 3P business. This role will own end to end seller businesses within the HPC categories, and offers a Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or above - Experience in business development, account management, product management, project management, financial analysis and/or marketing - 5+ years of relevant strategic sourcing including vendor negotiations, global contract management, process improvement, operational and financial analysis experience - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience in technical support and experience in managing and troublshooting network - Experience in project management including resource planning, managing schedules, reporting project status and prioritizing own tasks and those of other team members for multiple projects Preferred: - Experience in identifying, leading, and executing opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes, or experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis - Experience producing executive-level written materials and presenting to executive audiences - Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
