Sr. Business Operations, Executive Compensation

We are seeking an exceptional business operations leader to join the Executive Compensation team, driving operational excellence and strategic integration across executive talent decisions.This role sits Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - 5+ years of relevant experience in Program/Project Management and Business Operations - Strong verbal communication and advanced writing skills Preferred: - Experience in finance, compensation, or consulting with an in-depth knowledge of core compensation terminology and best practices - Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders across the organization to act without having a direct reporting relationship - Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, or experience communicating results to senior leadership - Experience in a dynamic environment with a high degree of customer service - Strong analytical skills. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
