Join our team at Amazon Pay as a Business Development Manager focused on core payments -banking & fintech Basic qualifications: - 6+ years of professional or military experience - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software - 8+ years of business development, partner development, sales or alliances management experience - MBA - Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers - Strong communication skills which include the ability to write compelling, concise documents. - Proven analytical skills and ability to influence people both internally and externally Preferred: - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Experience collaborating and influencing multiple teams across multiple organizations - Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs - Experience using data to influence business decisions - Experience negotiating complex agreements with a firm understanding of legal terminology and reasoning Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
