Amazon is looking for a Sr. Business Development Manager to drive category growth and strategic partnerships for the Gift Cards business. This is a rare blend of Category Management and Business Development; Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of professional or military experience - Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals - Experience in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data to inform decision-making processes - MBA from a Tier 1 Business School Preferred: - Experience influencing multiple stakeholders and leading cross functional teams across geographies and business units - Experience working with technical and product stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize features, and influence product roadmaps - Experience driving demand and managing a customer funnel across multiple channels - Experience with financial analysis and P&L ownership Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
