Sr. 3PL Manufacturing Services Manager , Robotics Manufacturing & Technical Operations

The 3PL/3PA Manufacturing Services Manager is the single-threaded owner of external service provider performance, space planning across warehouse and staging footprints, and inventory optimization at the Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Experience leading process improvement, systems development, and project management - Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders - 5+ years of supply chain, inventory management or project management experience, or Bachelor's degree - Demonstrated experience managing external service provider relationships including SLA negotiation, performance governance, and capacity planning - Experience with warehouse space planning, layout optimization, and material flow design Preferred: - Experience with SQL - Experience in high-volume manufacturing operations or sourcing environments - Knowledge of ERP systems (e.g. SAP, ORACLE, Coupa) in large organizations - Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification - Master's degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, analytics or related field - APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP) - Experience scaling 3PL operations across multiple providers or geographies Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
