Do you constantly re-evaluate your communications strategies to find what could be done differently or better?Prime Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or a related field - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Experience managing external agencies - Experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organization, or experience communicating complex information and solutions to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions - 7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience - Experience working with teams across APAC region - Experience in written and spoken English and an ability to compose grammatically correct, concise and accurate written responses Preferred: - Experience working in global media companies - Experience in advising and influencing executive leadership - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience in resolving conflicts, providing crisis management triage, and setting appropriate expectations with customers - Experience using data, reporting, or tools to measure performance and make adjustments accordingly - Master's degree - Fluency or working proficiency in an additional APAC language (e.g., Japanese, Korean, Thai, Bahasa) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
