Snr Process Improvement Analyst, EU Central Operations

Central Operations refers to a new approach in Amazon Logistics to define a escalable solution to run the increasingly complex and growing last mile delivery network. Central Operations is a key strategic Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics or other business/analytical disciplines, or equivalent - Experience in a business analyst, data analyst or equivalent role - Experience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including your peers and leadership - Experience with SQL - Proficiency in Structured Query Language (SQL) and statistical analysis tools. Preferred: - Advanced degree - Experience using business intelligence reporting tools such as OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, Tableau, MicroStrategy, SSAS Cubes, etc. - Experience in Redshift - Experience writing business requirements documents, functional specifications, and use cases - Experience leading teams Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
