What Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of data interpretation and analysis to influence stakeholders experience - 5+ years of program or project Management experience - 6+ years of team management experience - Knowledge of at least one data-focused technology tool, such as Python, SQL, Alteryx, Amazon QuickSight, or similar - 5+ years of program requirements definition and data and metrics leveraging to drive improvements experience - 5+ years of working cross functionally with non-tech teams experience Preferred: - Master's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field - Knowledge of Six Sigma tools and Lean techniques - Experience using managed ML/AI solutions Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
