Site Leader, AGL NAGFC

Our Multi-Site Leaders are responsible for all budgetary, people development and operations objectives for multiple facilities. Their responsibilities include managing and leading teams across various Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - 7+ years of direct leadership/supervisory experience - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Experience with the full lifecycle of staffing, including interviewing, hiring, performance management, promotions and terminations - 6+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience Preferred: - Master's degree or above in engineering, management, or technology, or Bachelor's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration - Experience working in fast paced environments, and managing workload even during times of stress, or escalated activity - Experience developing or delivering training programs across multiple sites or regions, or experience with technical writing - Experience in dealing with contingent workforce - Experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines, or experience managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel - Can show strong verbal and written communication skills Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
