AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we’re the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree, or MBA in business, data science, public administration, finance, engineering, human resources or related field - Experience in similar environments, or experience working with and managing third party vendors - Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, and/or data center environment - Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions - 3+ years of Data Center Leasing & Colocation Law experience - 4+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience Preferred: - Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities - Can work proactively and independently, meet deadlines, and deliver on projects and tasks - 5+ years of multi-million dollar contract negotiation experience - Knowledge of data center infrastructure design, operations, or delivery - Experience in a fast-paced, high-tech company, or experience prioritizing and handling multiple assignments at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines - Experience with analytical tools and ability to dive deep into metrics and reporting Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
