Practise the ServiceNow Application Development Engineer, Ops Tech Solutions Delivery at Amazon interview free →As a member of the OpsTech Solutions application development team for ServiceNow, you will be at the forefront of IT service delivery, collaborating across OpsTech Solutions infrastructure and services Basic qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field - Experience in software development and delivery - ServiceNow certification (CSA or CAD) - 1+ years of ServiceNow platform experience Preferred: - Experience in written and oral communication, including the ability to communicate with all levels in the organization (technical, business, executive) - Experience with REST web services, XML, JSON, or experience in software development - Experience and certification on ITSM and KM modules - Experience working on ServiceNow platform maintenance and optimization activities, such as release management and page load time latency improvement. - Experience with JavaScript is strongly preferred. - ITIL Foundation certified or related experience preferred. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
