Senior Workforce Strategist & HR Business Partner

Basic qualifications: - Experience working in large teams or at a national/multinational organization, or experience delivering results for large, cross-functional initiatives/projects - Experience with workforce planning - 7+ years of progressive HR or workforce planning experience, including 3+ years independently driving strategic workforce planning (headcount modeling, scenario planning, talent supply/demand analysis) - Experience supporting both technical and non-technical talent populations - Analytical and data modeling skills, with demonstrated ability to build workforce models, interpret trends, and translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders - Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field - Certification in org design methodologies (e.g., Galbraith Star Model, McKinsey 7S) or workforce planning Preferred: - Master's degree in HR, MBA, or related advanced degree - Experience supporting organizations of 500+ employees across 5+ countries - Demonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal direction in ambiguous environments - HRBP Experience in high-growth media, entertainment, technology, or creative industry environments - Coaching and consulting skills with the ability to influence at executive levels of the organization - Ability to think big while also rolling up your sleeves—managing multiple priorities simultaneously while continually moving initiatives forward - High integrity: known for discretion, fairness, and trustworthiness when the stakes are high Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
