Senior UX Designer, Kiro

Kiro is an agentic AI from AWS that turns prompts into structured requirements, designs, and sequenced tasks, Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of design experience - 3+ years of working with or evaluating AI systems experience - Experience in a variety of design, wire-framing, and prototyping tools - A portfolio that demonstrates deep audience understanding and early-stage design thinking: concept models, ecosystem maps, user stories, experience frameworks, and how you translate research into design strategy, not just polished final UI - Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows across multiple platforms or surfaces, with strong information architecture and interaction design skills Preferred: - Experience designing developer tools, IDEs, command-line products, or open-source developer experiences - Track record of flexibly adapting design process and methods based on the problem at hand Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
