Senior Technical Program Manager, AWS Cloud Logistics

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. In other words, we're the people who keep the cloud running. We support all AWS data centers Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of technical product or program management experience - 6+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday), or experience with data analytics platforms (Power BI, Python, SQL, Tableau) Preferred: - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Master's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT or equivalent, or Master's degree or above in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or Business Administration - Experience troubleshooting system integration issues across transportation management systems, warehouse management systems, and third-party real-time tracking platforms - Knowledge of transportation and logistics operations (shipment lifecycle, carrier performance, warehouse operations) - Familiarity with ANSI X12 EDI standards and troubleshooting EDI transaction sets (214, 852, 856, 997) Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
