Senior Tech Program Manager, AWS Worldwide Public Sector Engineering (WWPSE)

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of technical product or program management experience - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 3+ years of software development experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience with AI/ML technologies Preferred: - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience implementing scalable compliance solutions (technology, procedures, processes, etc.) in a regulated environment - Experience working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including, but not limited to, Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations - Experience with technology transformation initiatives - • Background in public sector, government, healthcare, defence, or regulated industries - • Experience with rapid prototyping, proof-of-concept delivery, or innovation lab environments - • Demonstrated ability to design for reuse — building solutions that scale across multiple customers or use cases rather than single-purpose deliverables Acknowledgement of country: In the spirit of reconciliation Amazon acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community.
