アマゾンでは、書籍事業部に参画してくれるお客様志向で、自発的、且つ、分析力のあるリーダーを探しています。 そして、サプライチェーンにおける複雑な問題に責任を持つSenior Strategic Supply Chain Manager (SSCM) の役割を担ってもらう方です。 この職種では、様々なチームと協業して、お客様、および、ベンダーのエクスペリエンスを向上させることを目的とした施策を計画・実行します。Amazon Basic qualifications: - Experience creating reports, interpreting metrics and driving overall insights or analysis - 工学、ビジネス、または関連分野における学士号 - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or related field - 5年程度の関連職務の経験（コンサルティングやサプライチェーン、在庫管理、または関連プロジェクトマネジメント） - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience (Consulting management or supply chain experience) - 日本語が母国語、もしくは、JPLTN1 - ビジネスレベルの英語 - Native Japanese or JPLT N1 - Business level English required. - KPIなどのメトリック作成・改善の経験、および、生データからインサイトを抽出する分析力 Preferred: - 優れた意思決定力、書面および口頭でのコミュニケーション力、実践的で常識的なアプローチに基づく実行力 - Possess excellent business judgment, strong written and oral communication skills, and a practical, common sense approach to getting things done. - 優れた分析能力と問題解決能力。 大規模で複雑なデータを処理する能力と、統計学またはその他の分析手法に精通している - Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills. Ability to work with large, complex data sets and familiarity with statistics or other analytical techniques. - 優先順位付け、スケジュール管理、時間管理、期限の遵守などの優れた実行力 - Strong organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management and meeting deadlines. - カイゼン、リーン生産方式、シックスシグマなどのプロセス改善の経験 - Experience with improvement techniques such as Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma.
