Senior Security Technical Program Manager, AWS Security

Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance with the ability to successfully complete an Organisational Suitability Assessment. Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience - 5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience - Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Understanding of the unique challenges, constraints, and processes involved in operating within classified government environments, including personnel security requirements, information handling protocols, and continuous authorisation maintenance. - Technical understanding of security controls across multiple domains (network security, access control, cryptography, monitoring, incident response) sufficient to evaluate architectural approaches and identify implementation risks. Preferred: - 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience - Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules - Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership - Demonstrated experience delivering cyber security programs in Australia aligned with the Information Security Manual (ISM) and Protective Security Policy Framework (PSPF). - Proven track record achieving certification, accreditation, and assurance of software systems to obtain Authority to Operate (ATO) for highly classified systems operating at the highest classification level.
