Senior Security Program Manager

Applicants must be Australian citizens and hold or be eligible to obtain an Australian Government Security Clearance, with the ability to successfully complete an Organisational Suitability Assessment. Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of experience working with physical security design and/or implementation of electronic security systems such as Access Control System, Intrusion Detection System, and CCTV Surveillance systems. Familiarity with security in depth strategies. - 5+ years of experience in program or project management, leading both technical and non-technical teams focusing on physical security standards and designs. - 3+ years of people management and team leadership experience Preferred: - Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals regarding physical security standards and system designs. - Proficient understanding of construction plans, elevations, and other design and construction artifacts for architectural, mechanical, electrical, civil, and telecommunications plans. - Familiar project management and design and construction software.
