As a client lead recruiter, you'll have the unique opportunity to impact leadership teams across Amazon's diverse technology landscape, building relationships with Directors and VPs while shaping the future Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of progressive corporate or search firm recruiting work with a focus on passive engineering candidate generation in a high tech market experience - Bachelor's degree or above - • Demonstrated ability to recruit and hire engineering candidates. - • Proven track record of managing complex executive search processes including client management, candidate development, and offer negotiation - • Experience working with senior executives and providing strategic talent counsel Preferred: - Experience with executive recruiting in either a blue-chip, global in-house executive search team, or a top executive search firm - Deep expertise in technology recruiting with ability to quickly learn new technical and product domains - Experience mentoring and developing other recruiters Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
