Senior Program Manager, Relay Operations Center Tech and Operations Integration

The Relay Operations Center (ROC) Tech and Operations Integration (OI) team is dedicated to the development and integration of technology that advances efficiency and elevates operational standards of Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements Preferred: - Experience with a variety of digital workflows - Experience carrying design concepts through exploration, development, and into deployment or mass production - Experience in creating process improvements with automation and analysis, or experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (i.e. SQL, MS Power Query, Python) - Master's degree or above in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or Marketing - Experience in transportation or supply chain within a high-volume logistics, manufacturing or engineering environment - Experience in data analysis and basic understanding of AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
