Amazon is seeking a Senior Program Manager to enable Amazon India build a fast, reliable, and sustainable customer shopping and delivery experience. The individual in this role will collaborate across Basic qualifications: - 7+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Proficiency with AI tools for rapid data analysis, and insight generation. - Proven ability to drive product adoption across large, distributed organizations with diverse stakeholder groups.
