Senior Program Manager - Decision Platform, Retail Business Services (RBS)

We are building Amazon's first horizontal self-serve decisioning platform — an intelligence layer that upgrades static rule-based systems into outcome-learning, context-aware decision engines. The platform Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 5+ years in program management, technical program management, or platform operations roles - Experience managing multi-party programs with cross-organizational dependencies and competing priorities - Demonstrated ability to drive programs in environments with ambiguity — where processes don't exist yet and must be built while executing - Strong stakeholder management skills — comfortable holding senior leaders accountable to commitments and escalating decisively when programs are at risk - Track record of managing parallel workstreams (5+ concurrent programs) with clear milestone tracking and proactive risk management - Excellent written communication — able to produce clear program documents, status reports, and playbooks that scale beyond the individual Preferred: - Master's degree, or MBA in management, business administration, economics, engineering, marketing - Experience in platform onboarding, developer ecosystem programs, or internal tooling adoption at large-scale technology organizations - Familiarity with data platform or ML/AI product ecosystems — comfortable navigating conversations about data readiness, model validation, and production governance - Background in building scalable onboarding processes that reduce per-tenant effort over time (self-serve model design) - Experience with change management in multi-org environments — driving adoption where commitment requires budget, headcount, and cross-functional alignment Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
