Senior Program Manager - Business Strategy, Amazon Maintenance Operation Center (AMOC)

Across Basic qualifications: - Knowledge of building codes and safety compliance - Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field or (equivalent work experience) - Experience in strategy, program/business operations, or planning roles, ideally within operations, maintenance, supply chain, or facilities, including experience operating at organization or multi-team scope. - Demonstrated ownership of multi-year planning cycles and executive rhythm-of-business documents (narratives, reviews, reporting) for senior leadership.experience operating at organization or multi-team scope. - Strong written-narrative skills and the ability to synthesize complex cross-functional inputs into clear, data-backed documents for senior and executive leadership audiences. - Proven ability to influence and deliver across multiple teams and regions without direct authority. Preferred: - Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems - Experience driving multi-country or multi-region expansion / launch work streams at scale. - Familiarity with Amazon RME (Reliability, Maintenance, and Engineering) systems and tooling (APM, Compass, QuickSight, Quick Suite Spaces) and with metric-definition / data-governance work. - Experience building repeatable, scalable playbooks and standardized operating models across a broad organization. - Comfort operating as a senior Individual Contributor at organizational scope. Leading through strategy, standards, partnership, and influence rather than people management.
