Senior Marketing Manager, Field Marketing-APJ

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager for India FSI & Conglomerates to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for Financial Services (Banking, Basic qualifications: - Experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, high-tech products/services - Experience in building, executing and scaling cross functional marketing programs - Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages - Knowledge of advanced skills in Excel as well as any data visualization tools like Tableau or similar BI tools (familiarity with Tableau preferred) - Experience experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements - Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership - 10+ years of experience in acquisition marketing or channel marketing programs - FSI domain knowledge preferred — understanding of regulatory environment (RBI, SEBI, IRDAI), banking/insurance buying cycles Preferred: - MBA - Experience in B2B marketing tools such as Marketo - Experience in technology/cloud/SaaS marketing specifically for financial services or large enterprise/conglomerate accounts - Deep understanding of India's FSI ecosystem — banking (private, PSU, SFB), insurance (life, general, health), capital markets, NBFCs, fintechs, and payment platforms - Understanding of India conglomerate structures (e.g., Tata, Reliance, Adani, Mahindra, Aditya Birla, Godrej) — group-level technology decision-making, BU-level autonomy, and multi-entity procurement dynamics - Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with SI partners focused on FSI (e.g., TCS BaNCS, Infosys Finacle, Wipro, Accenture) - Experience driving alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners - Prior experience working with or marketing to Indian banks, insurance companies, or large conglomerate groups Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
