The Senior Manager, WHS Design, Construction and Start Up partners with Site Operations teams and New Site Project teams to manage the Workplace, Health and Safety deliverables required when opening new Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of program or project management experience - 10+ years of cross functional project delivery experience - 10+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience - 10+ years of team management experience - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Bachelor's degree - Bachelor's degree in Safety, Engineering or Environmental Preferred: - Master's degree preferred - Certified Safety Professional (CSP) - Experience in Prevention through Design utilizing elimination, mitigation and engineering control measures to reduce risk. - 10+ years experience in driving end to end delivery, communicating results to senior leadership, and driving process improvements. - Experience building processes, project management, and schedules; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; demonstrated experience in developing others into higher levels of responsibility in an organization. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
