Are you a technical leader who can set the deep-dive data strategy for a multi-billion-dollar business and build and run the team that executes it? Do you have the technical depth across storage, database, Basic qualifications: - 8+ years of managing a technical team of solution architects, sales engineers or similar technical roles experience - Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders - 10+ years of technology solutions architecture, technical sales, or technical consulting experience, with significant depth across one or more data domains: storage, database, or analytics. - Experience across large-scale data workloads, including database, data warehouse / analytics, and storage architectures. Preferred: - Experience managing large teams across multiple locations and languages - Deep technical breadth across storage, database (relational and NoSQL), and analytics/data warehousing, able to dive deep in at least one and lead across all three - Experience positioning data foundations for AI/ML and agentic workloads (data readiness, modernisation, purpose-built services as the context layer for AI) - Track record driving impact at scale through mechanisms, reusable assets, and enablement - Cloud certifications and advanced degree (MBA or MS in CS/Engineering) preferred Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
