Senior Manager, Risk, Law Enforcement Engagement, Security Operations Group

This position can be based at any Amazon Corporate Hub in EMEA.You'll help build a global law enforcement engagement capability from scratch — designing the architecture that connects Amazon's security Basic qualifications: - Experience in risk management, audit, legal, compliance or a related field including engaging with external stakeholders - Experience in team management with 5 or more direct reports - Experience implementing lean principles and process improvement in an operational environment - Experience working within a global company, with multi-country responsibilities - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience in security service, loss prevention, asset protection, audit, investigations, law enforcement, risk management, data analytics, inventory control, quality assurance or a related field - Experience creating and delivering written and oral communications for technical and non-technical audiences - Experience leading the design, development and/or implementation of new business processes or programs - Deep experience with public-private partnerships and information-sharing programmes across multiple jurisdictions - Experience operating across international boundaries with an understanding of civil-law vs. common-law jurisdiction differences Preferred: - Knowledge of International Organization for Standardization (ISO), International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), or regulatory requirements or standards - Experience with audit or risk program design, control environment process documentation, and control mapping - Master's degree or equivalent Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
