As a Senior Manager, Recruiting Business Partner within Amazon University Talent Basic qualifications: - 10+ years of Recruiting or HR experience - 10+ years of Talent Acquisition experience - 5+ years of direct people leadership experience - 3+ years of managing managers experience - Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent - Experience in Recruiting or HR - Experience building, coaching and managing a recruiting team - Experience creating and executing effective talent acquisition strategies - Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets - Bachelor's degree or equivalent Preferred: - Experience creating, measuring and scaling workflow among candidates, hiring managers and the recruiting team - Experience with workforce planning - Experience partnering with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of ROI Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
