Responsible for all budgetary, people development, and operations Basic qualifications: A Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline and 2 years of experience in technical management, management consulting, or engineering. In the alternative, a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain or related discipline and 5 years of progressively responsible post-baccalaureate experience in technical management, management consulting, or engineering. Experience must include: 1. 2 years of management experience (salaried workforce or program management) in a global supply chain, manufacturing, production/procurement, distribution, logistics or related environment/operations. 2. 2 years of experience using lean process improvement, six sigma methodologies or related performance metrics/process improvements to increase efficiency within processes, forecasting, planning, optimization, and logistics. 3. 1 year of cross-functional coordination experience across different business units and experience conducting qualitative/quantitative data analysis to support business decision making and cross-functional initiatives. #0000 Preferred: All applicants must meet all the above listed requirements.
