Senior Manager, Finance Transformation Delivery, Accounting Transformation Group

Amazon is seeking a Delivery and Integrated Program Management Lead to drive end-to-end execution for a multi-year transformation of Amazon’s accounting technology landscape. This leader will drive integrated Basic qualifications: - 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field - Experience leading data migration, testing, release, organizational change, training, or business-readiness activities. - Experience establishing program governance, integrated plans, executive reporting, risk management, and decision-making mechanisms. - Proven ability to influence senior business and technology leaders without direct authority. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level program updates and decision materials. Preferred: - Master's degree (MBA or related discipline) - PMP, or PMP certificate - Experience in delivering a large-scale ERP Transformations like Oracle or SAP S/4HANA. - Experience delivering Finance transformation programs within a large, global, highly complex organization. - Ability to move between strategic program leadership and detailed execution, diving deep when required while maintaining visibility across the broader transformation. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
