Senior HW TPM, Amazon Robotics OBDA-Sortation

Amazon Robotics is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Technical Program Manager to lead hardware program delivery for the Sortation Vertical. You will own the full program lifecycle for next-generation Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of technical program management experience - Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field - 5+ years of experience working directly with hardware engineering teams - Experience taking electromechanical hardware from prototype through production and field deployment Preferred: - 7+ years of technical program management experience - Experience designing or implementing integrated automation solutions such as material handling systems, high-speed packaging lines, or manufacturing lines - 4+ years of change management experience - Experience managing contract manufacturers and long-lead component supply chains, including translating lead-time risk into schedule impact - Experience managing NPI validation gates (EVT/DVT/PVT) and multi-site deployment launches - Experience with capital planning and procurement mechanics — purchase requisitions, capital requests, and vendor qualification - Experience owning technology handover to a maintenance or operations organization - Master's degree, MBA, or PMP certification Amazon is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of protected veteran status, disability, or other legally protected status. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
