At Amazon, we're working Basic qualifications: - - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., human rights, international development, law, sustainability, social sciences, or related). - - 8+ years of experience in human rights, sustainability, ESG, responsible sourcing, or corporate due diligence. - - Demonstrated knowledge of international human rights frameworks, particularly the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights and the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises. - - Experience developing quantitative, data-driven risk methodologies or scoring logics that translate qualitative standards into measurable, comparable outputs. - - Familiarity with human rights due diligence regulation (e.g., CSDDD, CSRD, national supply chain due diligence and modern slavery laws). - - Experience conducting human rights or value chain risk assessments and translating findings into actionable recommendations for business stakeholders. - - Pragmatic operator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, working across functions and business teams with competing priorities to find actionable, high-judgment solutions. Skilled at translating human rights standards into practical approaches that deliver value to the business while delivering for people. - - Experience working independently on complex or ambiguous programs with limited guidance. Preferred: - - Advanced degree in human rights, law, international affairs, sustainability, or a related discipline. - - Experience developing due diligence methodologies, frameworks, or tools for use across an enterprise or multiple business units. - - Experience building risk scoring models or measurement frameworks in partnership with data science, analytics, or product teams. - - Experience serving as a single-threaded leader or program owner driving alignment across cross-functional stakeholders (science, product, legal, and business teams). - - Experience advising senior leaders and building durable stakeholder relationships across a large, complex organization. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
