Werden Sie Basic qualifications: - Abgeschlossenes Wirtschafts-, Sozialwissenschaftliches Studium oder verwandtes Studienfach - Gute Arbeits- und sozialversicherungsrechtliche Kenntnisse - Gute Kentnisse des Betriebsverfassunggesetzes und dessen Rechtssprechung - Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit einem Betriebsrat - Kenntnis HR-relevanter Prozesse und Erfahung in Mitarbeiter-relevanten Prozessen - Fähigkeit der Selbstorganisation durch IT basierte Tools wie MS Office oder Ähnliche - Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse Preferred: - Masterabschluss in Personalmanagement - Nachgewiesene Erfahrung als HR-Generalist/in in Unternehmen mit über 250 Mitarbeitenden - Erfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Unternehmen vorzugsweise im Bereich Logistik, Einzelhandel, Produktion oder Fertigung Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
