You’ll help design, improve, and run systems that Basic qualifications: - Speak, write, and read fluently in German and English at C1 level or above - Work 40 hours/week minimum and commit to 6 to 12 month internship maximum - Currently in your final year and working towards a university bachelor’s or master’s in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Social Sciences, Law or a related field (Humanities focused), or a similar discipline Preferred: - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify process improvements and innovative solutions. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with others. - Demonstrated curiosity, proactivity, and willingness to take on challenges in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
