Amazon is looking for a highly motivated, gemba-oriented, scalable HR professional to join the growing INFC HR team. INFC is Amazon India's fulfillment center network, where customer orders are received, Basic qualifications: - 5+ years of human resource generalist experience - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field - Knowledge of local labor law - Experience as a human resource generalist - Experience with specific knowledge of human resource theory, functions and practice, performance appraisal systems and staff development - Experience supporting hourly employee client group - Experience with MS Office tools and HR Information Systems Preferred: - Master's degree in Human Resources Management - Experience assessing management and executive talent - Experience developing and administering HR compensation plans - Experience in human resources with companies supporting 250-500 or more associates Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
